Organic Honey

Premium, organic honey from our village apiaries in Ololosokwan, Tanzania. It is slow-pressed and unheated, retaining the unique flavors of East African acacia and all the natural benefits of pure, raw honey.

Because hives are spread across the region, variations in color come from differences in the flora and seasonal shifts in the environment. Honey can be stored for years, but will naturally crystallize over time. To melt the sugar crystals, simply place the jar in warm water or under the sun.
