Honey is delicious just on its own, but it can also be the secret ingredient in a range of recipes! Whether its the star of a sweet dish or bringing balance to savory creations, honey is certainly a chef’s essential ingredient!
We love using honey in sauces and marinades, even our stingless honey! While most well known for its medicinal properties, stingless honey has a unique flavor that lends especially well to salad dressings.
