Empowering Maasai Women Through Beekeeping
Equipping women in rural Tanzania with the training, tools, and beehives they need to build income-generating livelihoods while supporting their families and local ecosystems.
You can help women in rural Tanzania access the training, tools, and beehives they need to begin their beekeeping journey.
Training + Equipment = Opportunity
In remote villages, the tools to start a business can be difficult to access and afford. For women who want to become beekeepers, a hive and the right equipment can make all the difference.
Maasai Honey provides each participant with two weeks of practical training, a beehive, protective gear, and essential tools to get started. Our experienced Maasai beekeepers continue to offer guidance after training, helping women develop their skills, care for their colonies, and grow their own apiaries.
Your support provides more than equipment. It opens the door to knowledge, confidence, and the opportunity to build a livelihood through beekeeping.
